1.) I like this armband for my ipod

I had been looking for the ideal armband for my ipod to use while on the treadmill. When I saw this one, it seemed like what I was looking for. So far, I really like it and have no major complaints. The only think I didn't like is the plastic cover over the control panel. It was really difficult to adjust the volume, especially while running. I solved the problem by cutting a circle in the plastic and it works perfect. The construction seems sturdy and it doesn't move about on my arm unless I move it. I have a small frame and it fits me fine. I wear it on my right bicep.

I generally don't like to run with anything on my arms, but this arm band made carrying an iPod so much more comfortable. It also has a small pouch for a house key, your car key, etc. It also keeps my iPod dry on wet days.

The Tune Belt armband carrier for the I Pod is a great deal. All the other carriers I purchased were made of leather which irritated my skin during a vigorous workout. The material actually wicks away moisture. Since the covering does not obstruct the view of the video I even use it while riding the stationary bike.Apple 30 GB iPod AAC/MP3 Video Player Black (5.5 Generation)

I love this Tune Belt. It does get the back of my Touch iPod a little damp when working out, but I don't think it will hurt anything. It doesn't slip around, and it is doesn't bother me when I am working out. You can't charge the Touch iPod while it is in the case because the hole at the bottom isn't wide enough. It was also a resonable price for what it is. Love it!

8.) Works perfectly for my Mytouch 3G Android Phone
Reviewed by: Shawn Ryan Austin, TX USA

Works perfectly for my Mytouch 3G Android Phone. The material is elastic so it easily stretches to accommodate the phone, and holds it securely. The band does have a small tendency to slide down your arm as you go unless you overtighten which makes it uncomfortable. From a design perspective, there's not much that could be done to mitigate this affect, and really it doesn't cause a problem in my usage, but it's something others may want to be aware of. Overall a great product none-the-less.

This armband is great. The velcro for your ear phone cord is awesome at holding the "excess" while your working out; I usually got tangled in my old one. And the opening for the ipod is a tight hold and I put my school ID in there while I work out.

I have large biceps, so I was concerned that this might not fit, but that isn't a problem at all. It fits with room to spare, stays in place, and protects the ipod well. It is a bit hard to adjust volume through the plastic, but it's not impossible, and you can always cut a circle out if it drives you nuts. Overall I find this well worth the money.

17.) Simple yet effective
Reviewed by: jake sz. Chicago, IL

This product is just what you'd expect, but not in a bad way. It serves it's design and purpose well. The clip to hold the headphone wire is particularly nice and efficient.
The only slight annoyance is a slip-type adjustment system for tightness around the arm as opposed to velcro or another type of system. I wasn't expecting it, but it's fairly intuitive to get the hang of. All in all, you'll get what you want, if this is indeed it. The Open View Armband is well designed and serves its purpose well. Not a bad investment, especially considering its low price.
18.) A nice product but can be improved a little!
Reviewed by: Anita Gupta

I like this arm band for the fact that I have quite slim arms and this has enough flexibility to adjust the width of the band around your upper arms. It has good protection for my Ipod classic while I walk, jog, workout or work in the garden. It keeps the ipos well secured. Having a little flap to keep the extra cord in place is a big plus for me. It does protect the ipod fron the sweat from inside too since it has lining on the inside as well. Couple of small problems I faced was it did not fit very snugly so the clear plastic cover outside does not feel smooth and tight. Second, its hard to move the controls through the clear plastic cover. But I found the easy solution by cutting the round hole of the shape of the middle circle on the Ipod.
19.) Gets the job done

I was looking for a not fancy armband, and just got what I wanted also at a good price!!! The armband is quite confortable, has a good grip and won't slip. I have two different iPods, a Touch and a Classic (80 Gb). Both fit quite well in the pouch. I gave it 4 stars instead of five because the iPod gets sweat wet. The pouch should be isolated to avoid this.

Needed an armband for my Ipod Video so I can listen while I ride my mountain bike. This works nice. Only thing that would improve it is some velcro. Kinda hard to tighten it when it is around your arm. Some velcro there would be a great improvement. It holds nice and I can use the Ipod while it is still in this case. Just need to take it out to charge.

I use the arm band daily during my workout. My only problem with this product is the closer are strap. Although comfortable, it tightens on a kind of a slide. This product is very comfortable to wear, and is good if you need to have an armband that offers protection without feeling like your wearing combat gear. However, along those lines the clear plastic portion of the armband does seem kinda cheap and I am not sure how this product will hold up for the long haul...also, the clear plastic does make it difficult sometimes to scroll through music and change volume (not enough to complain about, but just enough to make mention of). Overall, I am happy with this product.

This product does the job, and at the low price I can't complain too much. BUT....I wish I'd of spent more money on a better product. Especially considering I'm putting a $300 piece of equipment in it. If you have small arms, it is tough to stay up. It is not easy to adjust either. I like the feature of the Velcro slot for your ear buds to be wrapped up, but the holes for the plugs on top and bottom don't line up. This product works, per say, but don't have high expectations.

This is an okay band, but being my first, I'm not sure how it compares to other bands. It is a little uncomfortable at times and makes using my iPod complicated. The protective screen is nice but it makes it difficult to change songs, volume, etc. I'm not completely dissatisfied with this band, but there are some things I wouldn't mind changing either.

THIS ARMBAND BROKE IN 4 DAYS!! The armband is a really good design with a great neopreme pocket flap to help keep your Ipod dry but the huge problem with the carrier is the feaux leather/vinyl. From the moment I bought the carrier, I knew this would be a problem. The vinyl is extremely brittle and easily torn. I thought that if I was careful with the carrier it would last (It was cheap enough for a few months of good use, which was fine for me)...I thought wrong. The design issue is that they used this terrible vinyl in the loop that holds the armband to itself. That is the point that gets the most stress during use!The first time I tried to adjust it during a jog, it was history. I was not putting undo pressure, stress, or abusing it in anyway. Do not buy this carrier. Spend more and get something that will work.

Waste of time and money. Forget it!

I ordered this and it said it was for the iPod Classic, I received one for the iPod nano, I didn't realize it because it was a gift for my girlfriend, which I gave her several months later. When she told me it wasn't for the iPod classic I contacted the seller and they basically said it's been too long, so tough cookies. Buy this at your own risk, it may not be what you ordered, and if you get anything out of my review, it's this: DO NOT BUY THIS FROM TUNE-BELT INC.
41.) DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!

Spend the extra money and get a more expensive arm band. The material is cheap, esp. the plastic cover. It is difficult to fit the i-pod in the armband period; forget about it if you have it in a case. Despite putting it on so tight it hurt my arm, the armband STILL managed to wind it's way down my arm. Do not buy this product unless you want a cheap temporary solution.
